Privacy Policy for the DoliDroid application

DoliCloud is a trademark of NLTechno SARL ("we", "us", or "our"). NLTechno SARL is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the DoliDroid mobile application (the "Application").

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information when you use our DoliDroid Application:

• Information provided by the user:
  DoliDroid does not collect any data, except the URL of the external open source Dolibarr application you want to access to: Because DoliDroid is a frontend (a web view) to access your already existing online web application, any information entered using DoliDroid are stored into your own web hosting server, not into the DoliDroid application, the same way as when you access the application from any other web browser (so without using DoliDroid).
  
  Also, you can't create a login from DoliDroid. You must have created it at the web hosting provider you choosed to host your online Dolibarr application.
  
  Few information are stored encrypted on your device: The remote URL of the online Dolibarr to connect to, and, if you enabled the feature to avoid to re-enter the login of your online Dolibarr instance, your credentials can also be saved into the local private storage area (the keystore of your Android).
  
  Any file you download from the DoliDroid web browser are stored into your common "Download" directory of your device...
  
  
• Information collected automatically:
  DoliDroid does not collect data as it acts as a web browser. However you must be aware that when you access an external web application using DoliDroid, the external application you access to can collect data the same way that when you access it directly from any other web browser, including knowing that the browser you are using is the DoliDroid application instead of Chrome, Safari, Opera...

2. How We Use Information

The URL collected is only used by the web browser embedded in DoliDroid to access your external web application.

• This information is stored locally in your phone into the Android keystore.
• You can remove this information from the menu Settings - Manage favorites connection - Delete favorite URL;
• This information will also be deleted when you uninstall the application

If you enable the option "Save my login / password for a future access".

• The login or password you entered on your external web application will be saved into the Android keystore and will be used to autofill the login/pass the next time you access the same web URL.
• You can remove this information from the menu Settings - Save Login/Password to off; (this option is off by default)
• This information will also be deleted when you uninstall the application

3. Sharing of Information

• No data is shared with us. No data is shared with any other thirdparties.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction: To store the URL (and optionaly your login/pass), we are using the local Android keystore.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, amend, or delete your personal information held by the Application. As we do not own or store any information on pour side, you don't need to contact us if you need to remove yourself the information stored locally on your device. Only you can delete the information, from the application itself (see chapter 3 for the How to)

6. Changes to Our DoliDroid Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
